Blue Bridge Under Construction

If you are like me and travel between Kentucky and Indiana via the Blue Bridge, you are going to have to use another bridge for the next 3 months. ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!! 3 MONTHS??????????? WHAT?????????????? Ok.....take a deep breath with me.....in through the nose....out through the mouth.

Alright, let's think of our options, there ARE still two bridges that will get us where we want to go. The Twin Bridges that connect Henderson and Evansville on US 41 or the Natcher Bridge on US 231. GREAT, the problem is time adjustment. Depending on where you are coming from and going,  it could add anywhere from an extra half an hour. Or if one or the other bridge is closed, expect almost an extra two hours. AGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

Let's look on the bright side. Ok? The Bridge is due to reopen Oct. 3, right in time for our Christmas shopping!!! :-)
