These Indiana hospitals made the U.S. News’ Best Regional Hospitals list. See which hospitals ranked highest this year.

If there's one thing that we all can agree on, it's that nobody wants to be sick in the Hoosier State. It affects too many things at one time; you have to worry about work, who's going to take care of the kids, and several other factors that falling ill will affect your day-to-day life.  It's even worse when one has to go to the hospital if the symptoms are severe enough. That's a whole other level of concern because then you'll instantly be thinking about how much it will cost you to be in the hospital. Luckily, we have some really great hospitals here in Indiana. As someone who is extremely accident-prone, I know a good hospital when I see one.

The Best Regional Hospitals in Indiana

U.S. News and World Report released its list of the Best Regional Hospitals. These are general hospitals (as opposed to specialty hospitals) that have earned a high performing rating in at least nine procedures and conditions. As it turns out, Indiana had six hospitals that made this list for 2025.

"Across service lines and in quality measure after quality measure, the hospitals in this group collectively define excellence," U.S. News and World Report states.
