The NBA lockout is over, for now anyway as owners and players reach a tentative agreement. The tentative deal was signed on Saturday and the season will start with a triple-header on Christmas Day. The deal was reached after a marathon 15-hour bargaining session after 149 days of the lockout. The deal still has to be approved and if it is, the season will feature a 66-game schedule instead of the regular 82-game schedule. The players

are going take a hit in the deal, going from 57-percent of basketball-related income to a mere 50-percent....poor babies, how will they ever survive.
