Sam Alex has always been a big fan of country music -- he's worked for country stations across the nation and never misses his favorite acts when they come to town. He's been on red carpets for many different awards shows and interviewed some of your favorite celebrities, like Will Ferrell and Taylor Swift. Originally from the Chicago area, Sam now lives in Nashville, where he hosts the Taste of Country Nights radio show. If you ever see him on lower Broadway, get him a pina colada and some BBQ chicken pizza
I am one half of the 'Q' Crew Radio Show' I'm a theatre director/actor/teacher turned radio personality. As far as foods, anything Italian, Starbucks…Hazelnut latte and banana/chocolate chip coffee cake, strawberries, scrabbled eggs with ketchup. WHAT?!?! You don’t do that?!?!, meatballs, Mom’s chicken and dumplings and my husband's breakfast quesadilla
Born and raised in Buffalo, NY...I have been in radio for the past 20 years and have lived in several places including Missoula, MT, Pullman, WA, Meridian MS, Panama City Beach, FL, and Myrtle Beach, SC. I have been proudly married for 13 years to my WONDERFUL wife Liz and have a great 10 year old son named Avry.
For as long as I can remember, I have always said that I wanted to be a part of music. I love everything from Motown to pop and country music. I am a Boonville native, and a USI graduate. I can be found at many of the concerts going on in the tri-state, doing karaoke on the regular, or in front of my TV watching my second love, wrestling! I'm pretty sure I have been to more WWE events than I have been to concerts....but there's nothing wrong with that, right?
I’m Melissa Brooks! I like fun things, muscle cars, and country music, but I love rock n’ roll. I don’t have any kids, but I have a dog! Two years ago I adopted a little Pit Bull Mix through a local rescue, and she’s been my best friend ever since. Her name is Wrigley, and if you can’t tell by her name, I am also a huge Chicago Cubs fan! All through school my report cards always had “social butterfly” written in the notes section, which I think is a teacher’s nice way of saying “Melissa gets in trouble for talking a lot…

It was my passion for music and discovering the operations of a radio station during my college years that landed me in radio broadcasting. With each job opportunity that came my way, I had earned positions as an Assistant Program Director, Promotion Director, and Music Director. After reaching those goals early in my radio career, my next goal was to work in a major market. I landed a job at 98 Rock in Baltimore, MD. Then, shortly after that, I got pregnant with my first child! I think that's why my daughter loves rock today! I've worked in Rock; Top 40 (contemporary); Big Band; Adult Contemporary; Oldies, and now Country since 2009! After moving to the Evansville area in 1993, I was hired on WIKY, where where I hosted The Saturday Night Dance Party for 13 years
