How Would Women Spend Their Time If They Had an Extra Hour Each Day?

You’ve heard the expression “There’s just not enough time in the day.” But what if there was?

Four hundred women between the ages of 21 and 60 were asked what they would do if they had an extra hour in the day. The most popular answer? Sleep, with nearly a quarter of all respondents saying they’d catch some Zs.

Here are some of the other activities women would enjoy if a 25^th hour magically appeared in our day:

• Sleep – 24%
• Exercise – 14%
• Spend it with a partner- 12%
• Have sex – 6%
• Spend it with kids – 6%
• Spend it with friends – 2%
