Who is CMA New Artist Nominee Brandy Clark?

On the show this morning, I ran down the list of CMA New Artist nominees. When I mentioned the name Brandy Clark, Jon didn't know her. I thought that if JON hadn't heard of her, them maybe you haven't either.

Brandy Clark has co-written songs for Miranda Lambert (Mama's Broken Heart), The Band Perry (Better Dig Two) along with many others. Last year she decided to give her own singing career a try. I'm so glad she did. :-)
