I love everything DANCE!! I found out this morning that it's National Lindy Hop Day! Have no idea WHAT the Lindy Hop is or how to DO the Lindy Hop?? Ok, here's what and how! :-)

The Lindy Hop is an African American social dance that started in Harlem in the 1920s and 1930s. Take a look! It's a crazy fast dance work out! ;-)

Many still enjoy the Lindy Hop today! There are even competitions held around the world.
