Was Garth Brooks At The Vanderburgh County Fair?

Last night at the Vanderburgh County Fair, Drake White and Joe Diffie took the stage for an awesome night. However, some thought they spotted another country music icon in the crowd. I noticed a guy as I was walking around and thought "Man, that looks like Garth Brooks!"

Apparently, I wasn't the only one who thought so as I began to see photos of the gentleman circulating on social media. Take a look at a photo that one of my Facebook friends posted. It's hard to deny that this guy doesn't look like Garth Brooks!

He even dresses like Garth, right?! The resemblance is uncanny. Now clearly, this wasn't Garth Brooks, but he could definitely pass for him! Police Chief Billy Bolin would have had a heart attack if he saw this Garth Brooks doppelganger last night! I don't know who this man is, but I would like to find out. Do you know who he is? If he isn't Garth, maybe he is Chris Gaines?
