According to Yelp, the best restaurant for soup in Indiana can be found in the capital city of Indianapolis. It's a restaurant called Subito. Not only is this restaurant known for its delicious soups, but they also serve up delicious sandwiches with house-made bread, and some cookies that look absolutely amazing.
