This just in: The 2025 list of the absolute best counties to live in Indiana has officially dropped.

I am proud to be a native of Indiana. I've lived here my whole life, and while I wish we were closer to places like the beach, we still have a lot of great things to offer for a "flyover state". Indiana is full of many small towns with a great deal of charm. We are also home to a few big cities that have a lot to offer residents. All of these cities and towns are spread out among 92 counties in the Hoosier State. Whether you're on the hunt for a new place to live, just curious how your county ranks, or secretly live for a good list, there's something oddly satisfying about seeing which areas come out on top when you see data revealing the best counties to live in Indiana.

Take a look at this list. I guarantee there's at least one name that will make you chuckle.
