There’s a Petition to Make “Leap Day” a National Holiday

2016 is a leap year, leap years only happen once every 4 years and they have 366 days.  That means we have a whole 24 hours more this year.   February 29 is a date we only see every 4 years, so why shouldn't we celebrate it?  Zappos is petitioning for that! 

What a fun way to take the extra day of the year and use it for something special.
