With the last few weekends of Holiday World and Splashin' Safari upon us for this season, the countdown now begins for a new season.  With that new season, we will see a brand new, record-breaking water ride, Mammoth, open.  It will break the record previously held by The Wildebeest in Splashin' Safari as the longest water ride.

TripAdvisor.com has just released it's list of the 'Top 10 Water Parks in the U.S." and Holiday World's Splashin' Safari comes in at number 1. Splashin' Safari beat out Typhoon Lagoon and Aquatica at Sea World's Waterpark in Orlando and parks in Texas which are much larger parks.

Holiday World and Splashin' Safari hold many national and global distinctions for top-rated coasters, friendliness, cleanliness, and more.  Splashin' Safari has even landed on one list as the second rated waterpark in the world!
