Snowflakes Fall on the Tri-State [VIDEO]

Nothing gets me in the holiday spirit like SNOW!!  Love it!  Snowflakes, although frozen and cold, make me feel all warm and cuddly inside.  :-)  So much so, I HAD to take a video of the first snowflakes I saw last night.
