Riley Green Once Snapped a Man’s Arm While Arm Wrestling
You do not want to arm wrestle Riley Green. The singer and well-appointed Alabama country boy is a fearsome opponent, but he's downright terrifying when you learn of what he did to one big boy in Pensacola, Fla.
It happened about four years ago, but the moment is exactly what you're envisioning, complete with bone-chilling audio. The force of the "I Wish Grandpas Never Died" singer's arm against another man's was too much for the other guy's forearm. The video is below if you'd like to see, and hear it.
Green just released his Different 'Round Here album on Friday (Sept. 20). It features his current single, his No. 1 hit "There Was This Girl" and "In Love By Now," a song he performed during his Taste of Country RISERS shoot.
“It’s even worse," Green tells Taste of Country Nights. "I beat like two or three different guys and they’re like, ‘We’re gonna go find somebody.’"
The victim was a guy 10 to 15 years his senior, and after the event, it was chaos. Green says he felt horrible about it, but was carried away on people's shoulders like he'd just won the Super Bowl. An ambulance was called for the man he was battling. Don't believe it?
Warning: This video is graphic!
