Reba Concert in Evansville Moved to January
For the third or fourth time since it was originally announced (I've honestly lost count at this point), Reba's show at the Ford Center on July 8th has been pushed back yet again due to concerns over the COVID-19 pandemic.
If it's any consolation, every date on the tour has been pushed back to the first part of 2022. Reba announced the decision to postpone the tour on Facebook Wednesday morning saying she and her team waited as long as possible to make a decision on what to do, but couldn't wait any longer. She went on to say she and her band wish they could get back on the road right now, but "it’s just not possible yet."
The new date for the Evansville show is now January 13th, 2022, and will kick-off the run of her "Reba: Live in Concert" tour dates.
If you have tickets from the original date way back in March of 2020 (which feels like decades ago, right?), those will still be honored for this new date. If you won't be able to attend the new date, you should receive an e-mail from Ticketmaster soon, if you haven't already, with details on how to get a full refund. For tickets purchased through a third-party site such as StubHub, you'll need to contact them directly to find out their refund policy.
While it is a bummer that we have to wait a little longer to see her, especially since we were getting so close to the July date and things seemed to slowly be getting back to some sort of normalcy, the good news is we will get the opportunity to see her. We just have to wait a little bit longer.
