A new study has found that the most dangerous food on the planet is the potato chip. Reasearchers discovered what the rest of us have known for a long time....you can't eat just one.

The researchers believe that potaoto chips are the biggest problem behind the obesity epedemic. Along with potato chips, you should also avoid red meats, candy and sodas. And, as we have been told in numerous other studies, eat more fruits, vegatables, grains and nuts.

 Basically, moderation is KEY! You can have your chips...just don't eat the whole bag. Grab some grilled chicken, carrot sticks and water to go along with it. :-)
