Rally Point Events, a non-profit veteran organization that works to improve the lives of veterans and youth, is proud to bring the professional bull riding PBR Challenger Series to Owensboro for Bulls and Ghouls, a Halloween-themed competition.
This isn't just any ole bull-riding event. This special evening will determine a champion rider who will advance to the Finals. Kind of a big deal, y'all! Organizers of the event say that is why it will be broadcast live on National TV. How cool is that? Owensboro will welcome professional riders from all over the world to participate and enjoy Bulls & Ghouls.
