M-Kat is the new morning co-host of 92.5 The Country Station! She was born and raised in Owensboro, KY minus four awesome years at The University of Louisville (Go Cards!) On her playlists, you will find Country (of course), Rap, Pop, R&B, Indie, Rock, Metal, Funk, Soul… basically anything but Polka. She loves a good true crime documentary, whoopin’ it up at karaoke, and vintage treasure hunting. It’s totally not hoarding if the stuff is cool! She even “remixes” the paintings she finds into new pop-culture-inspired art. Her husband Michael AKA Hunkasaurus Rex is a local metal legend and sweetie pie. Rollins, her son, is amazingly smart, kind, creative, and keeps everybody laughing. They have two cats, Bebe and Swayze, and a Golden Retriever named Freddie.
