In my quest to become a cooker, I’ve been trying different recipes. I find them in various places, but always find that I tweak them to make them better. I guess that’s a real cooker, right?

You can’t go wrong with Ranch dressing and parmesan cheese, but I thought this recipe needed more of everything. So, I made my own version of what I call Parmesan Ranch Chicken and Potatoes. If I do says do myself, it's pretty delicious. Here is the recipe so you can make it too.
