According to Eyewitness News Kelsea Hester walked away from the 1300 block of West Third St. around 2:45 p.m. on Thursday. Have you seen her??

Kelsey is 17, 5'03” tall, weighs 103 lbs. and has brown hair and brown eyes. Officials say she is a possible runaway.
