Ohio River Overflow Rising Into the Ohio River

Here's how it's happening: The river has already risen to a point that has flooded a good portion of Waterworks Road. As the level continues to rise, the water has to go somewhere and is essentially starting to loop around back towards itself.

Please be careful when driving, anywhere in the Tristate at this time, especially at night!!!

Turn around, don't drown!!!!!!
