New Roofing Scam Hits The Tri-State

The Boonville Police Department issued out a warning about a new scam in the area that involves a roofing company calling you about an estimate on a new roof. The police believe that this is, in fact, a scam.The City of Boonville has no open Peddlers Permits which means no one is authorized to be going door to door to sell anything. If you have someone come to your house to give a roof estimate (as seen in the post below) you are asked to contact the police.
