New Quesadilla Restaurant Coming to Newburgh in February
Good news if you're a fan of Mexican food, particularly quesadillas. A new restaurant is coming to Newburgh early next year that will specialize in the popular dish.
According to the Evansville 411 Facebook page, Ghost Quesadilla will take the space previously occupied by Spudz-N-Stuff in the Bell Crossing Shopping Center on Bell Road just past Schnuck's.
Owner Ryan London, who's lived in Newburgh since 2008, says on the restaurant's Facebook page, when he makes quesadilla's "people just come over...because the smoked taste with our crunchy, buttery crust with hand grated cheeses and homemade sauces we’re too much for anyone to quit eating." I don't know about you, but my mouth is watering already.
London went on to say they recently signed the lease for the location, and "will be opening by Feb 1st, 2020." Get your quesadilla-eatin' pants ready.
