Melissa Makes her BIG Screen Debut!

You read that right! I'm starring in a movie! Well okay "starring" is a little far fetched, but I am SEEN in a movie that will be actually hitting movie theaters, so that's cool, right?!  But which one?!

Just today Dave posted this blog about the upcoming movie all about the Opry! and you know us at WKDQ LOVE the Opry and all they do for country music.   But there's a movie all about the Opry that's being released on February 16th, and yours truly is definitely co-starring.  Well okay, I'm not co-starring either, but a few months ago me and Jaclyn Graves from our sister station WBKR got to take a fun girls trip down to Nashville to sit in a pew on stage at the Opry, and enjoy the show! Now we sat in a pew for 9 hours and I'm going to be honest, sitting in a wooden pew that long isn't the most comfortable haha! But we had a great view of Blake Shelton's butt, an that was motivation for us to keep on enjoying the show! haha! We really had a great once in a lifetime experience watching some of our favorite country stars rockin' it out at the Grand Ole Opry!
