U.S. News and World Report has been collecting data regarding each state's response to the coronavirus pandemic.

And based on how its citizens feel about that response and the action taken, Kentucky is ranked number one.

U.S. News shows that 86% of Kentuckians rate the governor's actions regarding COVID-19 as good or excellent.

9% are neutral, while 5% consider it poor or very poor.

According go BizJournals, 64% of all respondents are pleased with their respective governors' responses to the crisis.

The governors' daily addresses have become appointment viewing for many Kentuckians and meme pages devoted to Beshear are popping up on Facebook.
