Chick-Fil-A Testing New Menu Items, But Hold Your Horses

If you're like me, you have your go-to order to fall back on every time, but you also love to try new specials or sandwiches. The seasonal Honey Pepper Pimento Cheese Chicken Sandwich is one of my favorites of all time.

I follow several fast-food influencers online to stay up to date on Chick-fil-A and other restaurant news. We can't miss out on any deliciousness, ya know? I recently came across this post by Snackwire on Instagram:

My jaw hit the laptop. I feel a type of way about the straight fries (feels a little strange for some reason, right?), but everything else looks AMAZING. You know those sweet potato waffle fries and tots are PERFECT with a salty, savory chicken sandwich. Fried Okra, Cornbread, BRUSSEL SPROUTS?

If they whip out this mouth-watering menu, they're gonna have to offer a vegetable plate option. Because I need it all. If you agree with me, I also have to let you know that these potential sides are still only in the testing phase in very limited locations. Some of them are being served up at CFA’s Little Blue Kitchen (created to test new items) in College Park, Maryland.

Some of them are Truett’s/Dwarf House (where the OG chicken sandwich was created) locations in Georgia. If we are lucky, the most popular new sides MIGHT end up in a Chick-fil-A near us. Fingers crossed! I'd be happy with any of them, to be honest. Which one would you want to see on the national menu?
