New Cheesecake Factory Production Facility Coming to Indiana
Indiana will be the new home of what will be the third bakery production facility for The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated.
50+ Years of Cheesecake
The first Cheesecake Factory bakery first opened its doors 51 years ago and the first restaurant opened its doors in Beverly Hills, California 45 years ago. They now operate 324 restaurants across the United States and Canada.
We currently own and operate 324 restaurants throughout the United States and Canada under brands including The Cheesecake Factory®, North Italia® and a collection within our Fox Restaurant Concepts business. Internationally, 31 The Cheesecake Factory® restaurants operate under licensing agreements. Our bakery division operates two facilities that produce quality cheesecakes and other baked products for our restaurants, international licensees and third-party bakery customers.

North of Louisville, Kentucky
The new bakery production facility is the third of its kind in the country, and it will reportedly be built just 25 minutes north of Louisville, Kentucky, on a 37-acre plot of land located in Charlestown, Indiana.
What Will They Make?
The bakery production facility will manufacture the world-famous cheesecakes and signature bakery products that The Cheesecake Factory is so well-known for. Those products will then be distributed to its restaurants as well as to other food service retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
"100 Best"
Fortune Magazine named The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated as one of the "100 Best Companies to Work For." This is the tenth consecutive year that the company has made this prestigious list.
