Indiana has more than its fair share of weird and wonderful places, and a new book highlights these uniquely "Hoosier" oddities.

Indiana's Own Brand of Weird

The Hoosier State is truly an interesting place.  One minute you're driving by nothing but farmland and a graveyard of chainsaws (this is real BTW),  and the next, you're putting a coat of paint on the World's Largest Ball of Paint.  And let's not even get started on the House of Bells, which looks cool but also like it is straight out of a horror movie.

These are just a few of the quirky attractions you will see around Indiana.  If you're a fan of the strange, weird, downright unusual, and maybe a little creepy, this new book is just waiting for a place on your bookshelf!

Evansville Library Featured on the Cover

When I first heard about this new book based on Indiana, I was instantly drawn to the cover because Evansville's own Willard Public Library is featured!  Of course, why wouldn't it be?

Willard Library is one of the oldest public libraries in Indiana.  The library is also home to Evansville's infamous ghost, the Grey Lady.  It's said the Grey Lady still haunts the halls of Willard Library.  So, of course, it's nice to see our local haunted hotspot getting some well-deserved recognition!
