Unlike previous mediathons for hurricane victims the Red Cross has hosted, the "Neighbor's in Need: Relief for Hurricane Michael" mediathon happening today has a new twist — the final hour will be broadcast live on all Evansville-area TV stations, as well as online.

Broadcasting from the American Red Cross Headquarters at Stockwell Road and the Lloyd Expressway, WEHT Local (Channel 25), WTWV Local 7, 14 News, as well as CBS and Fox 44 will all carry the first half of that final hour (6:00 - 6:30 p.m.) on their airwaves. Which means you'll see anchors from each station working together for the common good; to raise money for hurricane victims in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and others.

If you can't be near a TV during that time, the entire hour will also stream live online through the video player below.

Donations can be made by calling 812-471-7200, texting the word "Michael" to 90999, or online using the button below.
