Two massage parlors in Southern Indiana have been shut down following an investigation into prostitution and human trafficking.

Human trafficking is a growing problem in our world, and even rural Indiana is not immune to this horrific trend. The Human Trafficking Hotline describes it as the use of force, fraud, or coercion to get another person to provide labor or commercial sex. In Jeffersonville, police have just uncovered what they believe to be one such operation and have subsequently arrested one person in connection with the crimes.
