How to Eat a Crawfish [WATCH]

It's Fat Tuesday and that means it's time to get in all the delicious Cajun food you can, while it's still here! Last weekend I learned a very valuable lesson, how to eat a crawfish. 

Now I'll be honest with you, I LOVE Cajun food, but I'm not as adventurous as my husband, I don't like sea food. So it probably makes no sense that I love Cajun food, but have you ever had Drunken chicken, or Boudin Balls from the Stockwell Inn??  Cause holy moly they're delicious! My drunken chicken is below

But if you're thinking of going real Cajun style and getting the crawfish, you need to make sure you know how to eat it! And in the words of my husband "the head juice is delicious"  that was the point, I said, no thank you I'll take my chicken please.
