Attention bargain shoppers looking to get in better shape. Put down the bag of chips and make plans to get started on your new fitness journey with a trip to the Dunigan YMCA on Evansville's east side for their Sports & Wellness Yard Sale coming up in a few weeks.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say there's a good chance you look at yourself in the mirror and think you need to get in better shape. I know I do. Maybe you're not in terrible shape, but there are areas on your body you know could use a little work. Of course, a gym membership is a great way to start the process, but sometimes a trip to the gym is hard to work into your schedule with everything else you have to deal like work and family responsibilities. But, where there's a will there's a way, as they say, and if you're serious about putting in the work to not only look better but more importantly feel better, working out at home is always an option. If only you had some fitness equipment to use that won't cost you an arm and a leg. Oh, wait. You can.

The Dunigan Family YMCA will be hosting what they call a "Sports & Wellness" yard sale at their location on Oak Grove Road next to Lowe's on Evansville's east side from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM on Wednesday, June 1st. According to the post below from their Facebook page, the sale will include wellness and sports equipment as well as miscellaneous items for you to purchase. The post doesn't provide any details on the type of equipment that will be available or whether or not any of it is equipment once used by the facility that has been replaced by newer pieces, but it does say they will be providing a sneak peek at some of the items as the event gets closer.

I'm assuming the sneak peeks will happen on the facility's Facebook page, which can be found at the YMCA of Southwestern IN. It may not hurt to give it a follow or check it every once in a while over the next couple of weeks to see if they'll be selling anything you'd be interested in purchasing.
