If you don't know Zach Harris, you are missing one strong, and amazing human being.  I talked about him, back in January when I found out he'd been diagnosed with cancer, not knowing what the outcome would be.  Between then and now, Zach has come back to Evansville continued his chemo treatments, and went back to coaching his beloved Evansville Enforcers Football Team, all the while keeping in touch with me to see if we could help promote some games.

That's why I think it's fitting that the organization that gives back to the community, donating proceeds from each game to local charities, is giving back to their own biggest fan, Zach!  Here's a message from the Enforcer's Facebook Page:

We would like to give a huge shoutout to Old National Bank! Their sponsorship is allowing us to donate all proceeds for the upcoming game to Zach Harris and family.

Again, all proceeds from this game(with the exception of concessions, which are donated to It Takes a Village Canine Rescue, another worthy cause) will go directly to the Harris family to help off-set the costs of Zach's treatment.

This includes:
Half-pot
Ticket sales
Raffle prize items(including a football autographed by Indianapolis Colts punter Pat McAfee)
Merchandise Sales

We will also be taking monetary donations of any amount at the game.

Come out and support Coach Harris and your Evansville Enforcers!

The game starts at 7pm as the Enforcers face the Marion County Crusaders.  I'll be there before the game broadcasting live, so stop by and say hello, and enjoy some summer football for a good cause with the Enforcers!
