Enjoy an Otters Game with Your Dog and Support the VHS August 22

On Sunday, August 22nd Bosse Field will quite literally "go to the dogs" as it's a fundraising event for the Vanderburgh Humane Society. The event will take place at the Evansville Otters 12:30 game on August 22nd against the Gateway Grizzilies. Not only can you go and enjoy the game, but you can also take your pup to enjoy the game with you. Don't have a pup? The Vanderburgh Humane Society will be on-site with adoptable dogs who are looking for their forever home. Who knows, maybe you'll find your new baseball-watching best friend at the game.

The event is free and it's a benefit for the Vanderburgh Humane Society. You can pick up a free game ticket at the Vanderburgh Humane Society which is open Tuesday through Saturday from 12-6 PM. You can also pick up your free tickets at River Kitty Cat Cafe which is open Monday through Thursday 9A-7P, Thursday through Saturday 9A-9P, and on Sundays from 11A-5P.

By redeeming your free ticket at the game VHS will automatically receive a donation which is an easy way to help them out! At the game, there will also be a half pot that will benefit the VHS, half-price hot dogs, and of course plenty of real dogs!
