Daviess County School Bus Driver Gives So Much More Than Just a Ride To School

One of my dream jobs, other than owning a little diner where I know everyone's name, know what they want to order and help them start there day, is being a school bus driver. The thought of helping kids start their day with a positive vibes and smiles would be an incredible way spend a work day.

A school bus driver for the Daviess County Public Schools, Dale Caraway, must feel the same way. On the short ride, to and from school, he is making a huge impact on their lives.

Some of these children are in here, in a strange country, where they don't speak the language. Thin how scary and isolated that might feel as a child. This school bus driver makes them feel welcome and loved. My heart is bursting. Dale is an amazing man that not only drivers kids to school, but teaches them and all of us how to be our best.
