Jon - My absolute, can't live without condiment is mayonnaise, Hellmann's in particular. When I was a kid in California, the same mayonnaise is known as Best Foods. Mayo makes everything taste better and I like it on just about anything. I love deli sandwiches, especially pastrami. Most people would not consider anything but mustard on a pastrami sandwich, but I actually prefer mayo, which raises a few eyebrows at my favorite sandwich spot. I think most people would put mustard on their chili dog...not me, I use mayo. The combination of chili and mayonnaise is the bomb...don't knock it until you try it.
