Garth Brooks appeared Tuesday in an Oklahoma courtroom to defend what he calls a broken promise.  Brooks made a half-million dollar donation to the Integris Canadian Valley Regional Hospital in his hometown of Yukon, Oklahoma.   He says they have not followed through with the promise to name a wing of the hospital after his late mother.

The donation was apparently made in 2008, and Garth is taking the hospital to court for not following through with the plan he says they agreed on.  Here's more on the story from Good Morning America.
