The Tuesday night Grand Ole Opry was packed with stars and legends, including 5 Opry members.  From Dierks Bentley to Lorrie Morgan and Pam Tillis, the lineup made for a solid and entertaining night.  Also on stage was a rising star celebrating the release of her first album.

Chris Young's Liquid Neon Tour is headed to The Centre's Aiken Theater in Evansville on December 1st.  He's bringing along rising stars Thomas Rhett and JoAnna Smith for the show, and since JoAnna has been a good friend of mine and of WKDQ, show called to talk about the tour and other things going on in her life.

In the long, storied up and down relationship I've had with Kellie Pickler, I've always been excited to talk to her or see her.  C'mon, can you blame me?  So, as I awaited her presence, with one last break left in my show and mere minutes before she took the stage to turn the Opry pink, can you here my excitement when she arrived?

Sarah Darling might not be a familiar name to you just yet, unless of course you are a regular listener of the Grand Ole Opry.  In just over a year, Sarah has been on the Opry stage more times than most superstars ever do.
