Jon Prell

I have been at WKDQ for 13 years and have loved every minute of it. My career started in Southern California and I arrived in Evansville in 1994. I have three children that keep me very busy and the rare opportunity to go out and not have a six foot mouse serving your table is a rare and welcome treat. I love motorcycles and classic country and even host the WKDQ Country Classics show every Saturday from 6-10am. If I can I can ever play a song for you, let me know at wkdq.com.

I have never been one for making New Year's resolutions for a lot of reasons, but I do try and focus on something every year. Minnesota Movie Theater to Offer Tweeting Seats for 15 Dollars

It was bound to happen at some point in time. If you have been to a movie at any Showplace Cinema in Evansville, Newburgh or Henderson recently, you have seen the on-screen warning about cell phone use in the auditorium. It is strictly prohibited, as it should be. There is always that one person that is Facebooking and Tweeting right through the previews. It so unbelievably rude and annoying!
