For Kentucky Wildcats fans, this one is always a hard pill to swallow. We all know the story by now. And they show highlights of it EVERY year about this time.

It was 1992.

Kentucky was back in the NCAA Tournament after an extended post-season ban. And there the Wildcats were in the Elite Eight as a #2 seed taking on top seed Duke, for the right to advance to the Final Four.

At the tail-end of the game, in overtime, UK led the heavily-favored Blue Devils 103-102 when Duke's Grant Hill launched a baseball pass which was caught by Christian Laettner who turned around and...well, you know.

Duke won 104-103.

Right now, absent a novel coronavirus pandemic, we'd be in the middle of the 2020 NCAA Tournament.

So sports networks are scrambling for programming and the perfect fall-back is a string of classic college basketball games. (Why does it always have to be THAT one?)

Anyway, there's an entire generation (I mean, that game happened 28 years ago) that has never seen that game.

Until recently, that included these two young UK fans. Watch their reaction at the fateful moment:

Yep, kids. I know the feeling.
