WKDQ Celebrates 20 Years With Classic Number Ones

I am proud to say that WKDQ is celebrating a huge milestone in 2012, and that's the 20th anniversary of becoming the "Tri-State's Country Station."  To celebrate, over the next year we'll be bringing back some of the biggest songs of the last 20 years that made us who we are.  Not long ago, we did a survey of things you wanted to hear on WKDQ, and an overwhelming number of you mentioned big hits that have vanished from the radio that were popular in the mid 90s.  Well, we listened, and we thank you for listening to us.  Over the next few months you'll be hearing songs that you may have thought were gone forever.  The fact is they were number one songs and they belong back on your radio.  You'll hear big number ones from your favorite artists and hear more of the artists you told us you wanted back, like Travis Tritt, Clint Black, and Doug Stone.   Not only will we be bringing these tunes back but also playing the great new music you've come to know us for.  We hope you enjoy the classic number ones and please continue to let us know what you want in your radio station!
