
Wind Advisory in Effect for Entire Tri-State Area
Chief Meteorologist Wayne Hart from our media partner Eyewitness news took to Twitter Tuesday evening to say the Tri-State is under a wind advisory until this afternoon (11/27) at 3PM. He said we can expect sustained winds from 15-30MPH with gusts up to 45MPH.
The National Weather Service recommends securing objects that are outdoors, and take caution when driving.
Wind Advisory:Take Action! Strong winds are occurring but are not so strong as to warrant a High Wind Warning. Objects that are outdoors should be secured and caution should be taken if driving. NWS offices issue this product based on local criteria.
