We've been fortunate to have several great artists put a show in the Tri-State on the tour schedules this year. We've already seen Old Dominion, Kane Brown, and Kenny Chesney among others come through, and we still have Jelly Roll, Luke Bryan, and Scotty McCreery to look forward to over the next few months. Now, we can add another show to that list with the announcement that alt-country star, Ryan Adams will be making his way to The Victory Theater in downtown Evansville in September.

Adams is definitely not new to the music scene. He's been at it for over 30 years, forming the band, Whiskeytown back in 1994 before setting out as a solo artist in the early 2000s. He's earned seven Grammy nominations over the years and released 22 studio albums. Outside of his work in front of the microphone recording and performing his own songs, he collaborated and produced music for a wide range of artists as well including Willie Nelson, Fall Out Boy, and Cowboy Junkies.

Ryan's show at The Victory is set for Tuesday, September 5th. Tickets are on sale now at the Ford Center box office across from the Victory on the Main Street Walkway, and through Ticketmaster.

But, you may not need to spend a single penny on a pair of tickets because we're giving you the chance to win a pair for free! All you need to do is enter your information in the form below between now and midnight on Sunday, June 11th. We'll draw five winners at random from all the entries received on Monday, June 12th, and if you're one of the lucky five, we'll call and let you know you've won.

NOTE: Entry into this contest is exclusive to the WKDQ app. If you're reading this on a computer or laptop, you will not be able to enter. However, our app is free to download. All you need to do is enter your phone number in the box below to get it.
