Celebrating Superhero Survivors at Komen Evansville Tri-State Race for the Cure® With Leslie’s Family
I've had a very difficult year. Both my parents found out they both had Cancer at the same time. After watching them EACH fight for their life and work to take care of each other, we often would use the term superhero to describe their bravery. Sheila, from Susan G. Komen, gave me a 'Race for the Cure' cape and ask me to take a picture in it. Well, considering what my family has been through and the two very special superheros we love so much, the whole family joined in to celebrate this year's theme, Superhero Survivors! Check it out!
