It feels like the phrase "turn your clock back" gets a little more antiquated with each new year. Our smartphones automatically make the change for us, and more and more devices seem to update themselves each year. And who even has a clock that has to be physically 'turned' to change the time? Maybe we should be say "reset your clocks" instead.

Regardless, the end of daylight savings is happening this Sunday (November 4th at 2am), and it's a bitter sweet occasion. Sure it means we get an extra hour of sleep (woohoo!)...but it also means that the days get an hour shorter (boo!). It's so disheartening and downright depressing to come home from work in the dark! Yuck!

So just a friendly reminder to make sure all your clocks/appliances/devices are turned back/reset/updated this weekend.
