The Soup Pokes Fun At Randy Travis Arrest

As we reported last week, country legend, Randy Travis got into trouble once again, getting arrested while naked and intoxicated in Texas.  While I don't like to poke fun at the misfortune of others, E Television and Joel McHale of The Soup are not so forgiving.
