Terminally Ill Evansville, IN Man Pays It Forward To Help K-9 Division

According to the Vanderburgh Co. Sheriffs Dept. and tristatehomepage.com, a very generous gift had been given to the VCSD K-9 Division by an Evansville man who wants to give back to his favorite 'four legged fur babies.'
