trees

Subaru and the Arbor Day Foundation are giving away free regionally appropriate trees. Reserve your tree at Romain Subaru in Evansville and help make a greener future.

While it may make them more visually appealing in your yard, doing this around your trees could do more harm than good.

Sometimes it's just better to let a pro do the job. I'm guessing that's what is going through the mind of one man who tried to cut down a huge tree near his house himself and...well, he now regrets that decision.

We have been hearing a lot about sinkholes recently, especially in Florida. One such sinkhole swallowed an entire house while the owner was asleep in his bed...he was never found. There is a massive sinkhole in Assumption Parish, Louisiana that is literally dissolving the area into liquid muck and a mandatory evacuation order is in effect as the hole grows.
