St. Patricks Day

No one ever took the Christmas tree down at K.T.'s Barbershop in Henderson. So, it's now a St. Patrick's Day tree and we have photos and the story behind it.

We all have our ways of celebrating St. Patrick's Day. For an Illinois zoo, it's their animals eating everything green they can find including shamrocks.

Green is the most common color for celebrating St. Patrick's Day, but the color orange also has deep roots in the holiday.

St. Patrick's Day is right around the corner and the latest downtown photo opportunity is ready to help us celebrate!

We’ve all heard there was a saint and something to do with snakes in Ireland and now we have parades and drink green beer. But what do we really know about St. Patrick’s Day?

I was broadcasting live at Old Chicago Pizza and Pasta in Evansville on Tuesday for St. Patrick's Day, and when I got up to make a run to the bathroom, I was stopped in my tracks by bagpipes coming through the front door!

St. Patrick's day isn't until next Tuesday, but the celebrations and parties will begin in earnest this weekend. The day itself is to commemorate Saint Patrick, who is recognized as the Patron Saint of Ireland and represents the arrival of Christianity in Ireland.

Apparently St. Patrick's Day isn't just about drinking, fighting and public urination (but don't get us wrong, it is about that, too).
