Indiana State Police add new fleet of Durangos to patrol car collection. 20 new recruits received one of the vehicles upon graduation from the academy. ISP also added 5 new mustangs, 2 of which went to southern districts.
Since the Michael Brown shooting in Ferguson, Missouri, and subsequent incidences in other cities, we have been hearing a lot of talk about the the relationship between the police and citizens, but this story shows another side and is worth sharing.
What would happen if a citizen noticed a police officer driving in violation of the law and tried to make a traffic stop? First of all, I would strongly warn against trying something like this, but one guy in the state of Washington did just that and with very surprising results.
It's not everyday you see this. A Florida State Trooper, tracked down a Miami cop for going WAY over the speed limit. Can you imagine what was running through the mind of that officer as he was being cuffed on the side of the road?
